Attractively furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartment.  Apartments are located in a self contained two unit building. To accommodate larger groups the apartments can be combined into a three bedroom unit.

Apartments are ideal and suitable for those on vacation or on holiday or for the visiting executive and business person who seek comfortable, attractive and value minded accommodations and who do not require being in downtown Boston.

The ONE BEDROOM apartment is located on the first floor of the building. This apartment contains a bedroom with a queen sized bed, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, reading room with TV and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Price: $100-$125 per night/3 night minimum. Ask about rates for longer stays.

The TWO BEDROOM apartment is located on the second and third floors of the building. This apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with tub/shower combination, an eat-in kitchen with new dishwasher, cook stove and fridge, a living room with a more formal dining area and two decks. The upper deck has great views of the Boston harbor. One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other bedroom has a queen sized bed. The bedroom with a king sized bed is loft style, i.e., part of the fourth wall consists of a divider screen—since the second bedroom and second bathroom on are another floor-- privacy is usually a non issue! Price: $171-$200 per night/3 night minimum. Ask about rates for longer stays.

THREE BEDROOM
apartment. If both the one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are available they can be combined into a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom apartment.
Price: $271-$325 per night/3 night minimum. Ask about rates for longer stays.

Each apartment comes with free gated parking for one car (unless other arrangements are made); free TV with HBO, free Wi-fi and free unlimited phone service to US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

When not rented the apartments are used by the owners and
their family. Both apartments have wood floors, light colored walls and contain
original art work and vintage furniture. Every effort has been made to make
these apartments pleasing to the owners, the owner’s family and to guests!

Neighborhood/Location

The apartments are located in a self-contained building located in the quiet, safe residential area of Jeffries Point, East Boston. East Boston is part of Boston and is a neighborhood that has traditionally been home to Italian and Latin immigrants and is now, because of
its unique waterfront location, experiencing gentrification and the arrival of
those interested in the arts.

The apartments are a 10-12 minute walk OR a 5 minute bus
ride (the #120 bus stops 3 doors from the front of this building) to the nearest subway
station which is Maverick Station on the Blue Line. Once on the Blue Line the
next stop is Aquarium/Faneuil Hall in central Boston. Faneuil Hall (a historic market
loaded with shops and restaurants) and Boston Aquarium are usually two Boston attractions that every visitor to Boston wants to visit!

The subway stop after Aquarium/Faneuil Hall is the Boston financial
district—once again very convenient to the business person staying at the
apartments.

Three doors from the apartment is Boston Harborwalk Park. Harborwalk Park is a small intimate park with paved and grassy areas. This park is located at the edge of the harbor and is suitable for sun bathing, picnics, reading and other passive activities. For more active activities such as jogging most people in the neighborhood use the Harborwalk sidewalk which runs parallel to the edge of the harbor.

A short distance from the apartments is Piers Park. Piers Park is Boston’s premier waterfront park and is a worth a visit no matter where you are staying in the Boston area.

A 10-12 minute walk along the waterfront will bring you to the Logan Airport boat wharf. From this wharf you can take a ferry or water to taxi to various spots along the  central Boston waterfront or to the nearby historic and water side cities of Quincy
(year round) and Salem (summer only).

From the apartment one can take a taxi to one of the airport terminals and then take the Silver Line (public transportation) to the Boston Convention Center. If you chose you can take a taxi to the convention center.  Taxi service is door to door and multiple passengers are allowed for a single price.

If driving the apartments are convenient to highways connecting north to beaches and Maine, NH and Vermont; highways leading south to Quincy, Plymouth and Cape Cod; and highways leading west to the historic towns of Concord and Lexington.
